In addition to the application, the following are needed: copy of your driver'In addition to the application, we will need the following:  a copy of your driver’s license, a copy of the closing statement or rental agreement and the deposit $90 for owners, $165 for renters, in the form of a check, cash or money order.

Policy for City of Dawsonville Utility Bills
 
Due dates for utility bills are as follows:
    •    Due upon receipt each month without penalty, which is added after the 15th of each month. 
    •    The late fee is 10% percent of total amount due.

Infrastructure

The City of Dawsonville built the first spring in 1953, which was the first source of water in Dawson County.  The City now operates four groundwater wells and a spring, has two elevated storage tanks, and has two wells under construction. Water is monitored continuously to ensure drinking quality.
