City Manager

The City Manager is responsible for administering the day-to-day operations of Dawsonville’s City government in accordance with local ordinances, laws and policies prescribed by the elected officials. Responsibilities and authorities include overseeing the full spectrum of activities of the City and making decisions to keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly. He acts as a liaison between the City Council and the public by responding to inquiries and resolving conflicts.
