Assistant City Manager

The assistant city manager is responsible for assisting the City Manager in managing and administering the day-to-day operations of the city government including oversight for several departments. Responsibilities include supervision, direction, and evaluation of staff; evaluates, counsels, and disciplines assigned personnel. Consults with the City Manager to review city activities, provide recommendations, resolve problems, and receive advice and direction; make presentations to City Council.
