1st Quarter Employee 2021 - David Picklesimer

David Picklesimer is the 1st Quarter Employee of 2021.  The City of Dawsonville is fortunate to have many outstanding employees. David was our March 2021 Employee of the Month and was nominated by three people, one of which reports to him.  As I’ve said numerous times, the Planning and Zoning Department has faced number of problems  and David and his staff have jumped in with both feet  and are making tremendous progress. This substantial and outstanding improvement is due to their hard work and David’s leadership and experience.   It also says a great deal that one of the nominations came from within the team. A subordinate employee nominating their boss for recognition is another testament to his professionalism, easy going style, fair play, maturity and concern for his fellow man.
