May 2020 Employee of the Month

The City of Dawsonville is fortunate to have many outstanding employees. Our May 2020 Employee of the Month is Public Works Director Trampas Hansard. Many may not realize that he was the driving force and day-to-day supervisor of everything related to the Farmer’s Market. His dedication and attention to detail is the main reason this project has been so successful.  Trampas has also been one of the primary employees dealing with everything Main Street Park, playground, Phase I and II construction, fences, signs, landscape, amenities, etc.  The numerous finishing touches were carried out by Trampas and his staff.   And during this time, they still had to deal with all other routine business.  Currently Trampas is supervising the new sidewalk from Shoal Creek to Rain Hill.  He takes care of all building issues, animal control, cemetery care, serves as Director for the GRHOF BOD, as well as everything to do with roads, sidewalks, stormwater, parks, public areas. His dedication and commitment to serving the City of Dawsonville and our customers is exemplary.   He is one of our keys to our many successful efforts. Thank you Trampas for a job well done.
